Trying to Navigate A Successful Return to Sport, Performance or Daily Life?

Getting back to doing everything you want to do after knee injury is tough -whether that's training for a world championship or playing recreational soccer.

The Knee Classes uses expertise and principles backed by quality research to guide you through rehabilitation of your knee injury.

Based out of DeltaTrain Performance, the classes consist of 3 levels based on the different phases of knee rehab. Progression through the levels is determined by functional and strength milestones, along with knee symptoms/assessment. Classes run 6-9x throughout the year with registration opening 1-2 months prior to the start date.

Each 6 Week Session Includes:

  • Entry and exit knee assessment.

  • 12 exercise based physiotherapy group sessions - Monday/Wednesday or Tuesday/Thursday evenings.

  • Coaching and programming from professionals in the field of knee rehabilitation and strength and conditioning.

  • Itemized receipt for physiotherapy insurance benefits at the end of each 6 week session.
